H.I.A. (Heritage Impact Assessment) reports are used to analyze the possible impact and consequences that a new building construction can have on UNESCO’s World Heritage properties. In Montenegro, H.I.A. reports are based on the reccomendations of Montenegrin Administration for Protection of Cultural Property. No construction project on these properties can be implemented without a H.I.A. report.
